Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. This property is in a car-free zone and can be reached only by foot. Guests can park at the covered parking lot (surcharge) at Hotel Santa Caterina or at the Aldo Viglione parking lot (surcharge) in Orta San Giulio. Air conditioning in all room types is available only from June 21 to September 23; fees apply.
