There is no front desk at this property. If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: [JS PORTOCOLOM SUITES C/L'Orada -Portocolom]. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance.
