You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Breakage deposit: USD 75.00 per stay (for stays between 1 January - 31 December)
• Spring Break deposit: USD 300.00 per stay for guests under 25 years old staying between 1 March - 15 April

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Children 18 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

• Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy
