To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. Guests are required to download the property's WHATSAPP mobile app before check-in. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice.
