The front desk is open daily from 9 AM - 6 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 7 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of EUR 75 at check-out. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Reception hours vary seasonally. From September to June, reception hours are Monday-Saturday 9 AM to noon and 2-6 PM; closed Sunday. From July to August, reception hours are 9 AM-6 PM daily.
