If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and smart lock details. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
